I stayed at the Novotel in Surfers this Easter (2017) what a rip off $748 for 2 nights booked in early but couldnt have keys but did all paper work. I returned at 2.30pm only to have to queue up again in a massive queue just to get keys staff were very slow and a little bit rude. Get to my room i cant turn air con on ring reception they dont answer.Do not waste your money staying here you will spend most of your time waiting for lifts which are very slow poolis also a huge disappointment.
