Horrid service. They charge top prices but do not deliver top quality work. Check your invoice with this company, as I have found evidence for many hidden charges, charges that were not explained to me during the estimators visit, nor are they on their website. Customer service is nonexistent, you receive little or no help from their office. When I finally did obtain contact and questioned them about the charges, I was informed that the extra charge for one item was actually travel time. Totally absurd. Nowhere on the website nor in our agreement did it state I would have to pay for the workers travel time. Horrible company, please take heed and do not use.

When we complained to the manager he said there was nothing he could do about it. If a manager is scared of his employees, that is definitely a place to avoid. I know I am.
