Mary-Ellen Rogers My husband and I were traveling from Williamsburg VA to Massachusetts last Saturday when we had to make an emergency stop at Cowles late in the afternoon. Our brakes were in dire need of attention. Despite the hour and the service department's normal load, Richard Link agreed to check our Ford F150 and assured us that Cowles would take care of us given our circumstances. They replaced a frozen caliper as well as doing a complete brake job. The service department worked until 5:30 to get us back on the road again. We can't thank them enough for understanding our situation and for providing service over and above the norm. Thanks to Cowles we made it back to Massachusetts safely! That's what we call an outstanding service department! Thanks so much!
