Imagine how happy you can be once you get the perfect diamond ring and a couple weeks later the stone is missing. What is more they would not accept to repair it for free , because apparently it was my fault for wearing the ring at all times. The pleasure of repairing the ring would cost me £700! Calling their head office turned out to be waste of time. I did not receive a callback despite the fact that I left my details. Terrible service and terrible customer care. Do not buy or order jewelry from Beaverbrooks. Save yourself the headaches.
