You place an order online. It gets delivered but when you open the box, the product inside is totally different to what you ordered. There is nowhere on the website that you order from that the product may slightly differ to what you receive. Contacting customer services is so difficult that you give up at the first hurdle.

I have spent so much time running around, trying to make things happen with this company, that I could have finished a couple marathons by now. I hate leaving negative reviews, but this couldn’t be avoided any longer. The price you are going to end up paying far exceeds the services they provide.
