I called Slades Plumbing to come out and fix my leaking shower head. They charge me $95 and told me they needed to break the back wall in order to replace the cartridge because they could not get the handle off.That would be $235 more plus the part and they would net fix the wall after. I called another plumber who came out the next day and in 15 minutes fixed the problem. They used a allen wrench and not a phillips screw driver to remove the handle. I won't use Slades Plumbing to flush a toilet.
