We’ve all waited breathlessly until our back-ordered product can arrive. When it doesn’t, we call the online service from which we ordered. When it happened to me, the service tried to replace the product with something similar, but I didn’t accept it. Then they tried to order it from another supplier. It had the supplier’s logo on it. I called and demanded my money back, but I’m still working on that one. Don’t use this service. Mike Stanton
