I like to try to write good reviews for online services. We all need some positivity in our lives, and there’s enough negativity online. So when I tried out this online service, I was psyched up to find really nice things about it. I wish I could have stayed psyched up; I wouldn’t be so down now. The promised item didn’t arrive on time, it arrived broken, and I was told upon calling to report this that a replacement would take about two weeks. Since I didn’t have two weeks to wait, I asked for a refund. No can do, they said, didn’t I read online their no refund policy? So this is a review begging you not to use this service.

Don't offer an item half-off one day, only to raise the price the next day! Not all of us can buy exactly when your sales are going on.
