Arranged for Everest Windows toileting replace the windows and doors at our house. Initial installation done July 2017. They broke roof tiles, as well as fitted the wrong coloured parts for some of the window frames. Now in November 2018 and despite many many emails and bookings they still have not been replaced. No manager despite request have called me back other than plenty of excuse emails and saying they will order the parts etc. 18 months later and still on going. Ridiculous.
