I am tired of online people thinking I don’t have the brains of a fence post. When I pay for a service, I expect to receive it. When I go to the head office because I didn’t, I rather expect you to suck it up and fix the problem, not tell them I’m somewhat loony. When you don’t fix the problem and I get the law on you, I rather expect to see an online service that shapes up and does its job properly. Don’t use this service.

My mother and I will never be using this online shop again! They treat you like they can’t be bothered and like you’re getting in the way!
