I strongly believe that a company should stand behind their service. This was not the case when I received service from this company. I called the customer care department so that I could voice my complaint, but they had me on hold for over ten minutes. This is unacceptable! I cannot believe I was treated this way. The agent did not apologize for the inconvenience.

No one takes their job seriously anymore. I know some people probably have all of the time in the world to wait for someone to show up but I was raised to be prompt. I also have a life to live with responsibilities that will not wait for you to decide to show up to your job. I will be going out of my way to avoid dealing with them again.

It’s not hard to treat people well. At least, I don’t think so. This company couldn’t even be arsed to act like professionals. I will not be continuing service with them and highly recommend that no one else hands their money over to the children that they have working here.
