. I expect someone to do their job when a customer calls with a problem. The agent had a real nasty attitude. I don’t know why it is hard for some people to be professional. After a few minutes of dealing with the agent’s attitude, I decided to ask for a supervisor. After a few minutes of waiting, I decided to hang up the phone. Why should I give this company any more of my business if I’m treated this way? I advise everyone to stay away from this company

I will never consider your establishment as a choice anymore for business. The services that people get from your company are less than anything I would call worthy. I would give my opinion that you either repair the services that you have or stop offering them in the whole. I will never use your services and I will warn people to stop considering you a valid company to do business with.
