I don’t like it when someone puts me on hold several times. This is extremely frustrating when you consider the fact that a company should be able to take care of their customers in an expedient manner. Can you imagine being on hold for over twenty minutes just for a ticket? I will not do business with this company again. I don’t have time for this frustration
