I bought a phone at Istore at East gate,the IMEI number of the phone and on the box do not match, I was told that my phone belongs to Vodacom I don't know how so because I bought the phone from istore at East gate cash,I am told I won't be helped as this phone does not belong to them yet I have proof of purchase from them. It seems the phone was pre owned as it wants the Apple ID of someome else.Istore believes they wouldn't have made such mistake so I am the one to blame for the difference in the IMEI numbers and I should get in touch with Vodacom and solve this myself.
