I ordered a cell phone battery through another seller. That seller (Walmart) linked a specific battery to a specific phone. The battery did not fit. American Cellular "blames" me and the seller. Maybe so, but they should still stand by their product, which advertised "free returns". They now tell me they will accept the return, but I must pay for the shipping and it is my responsibility to ensure I get the proper credit to include the "original" packing slip with my battery. This is NOT an acceptable policy in today's world. If American Cellular will not offer a free return on an item - regardless of reason for return - they should be extremely clear with ALL of their sellers to have posted that returns are not free, but are the responsibility of the buyer.
