It was evident that the staff this company use are not trained in customer service or public relations. I was treated very unprofessionally on many occasions throughout my transaction with this company. I'm not sure if those higher up the ladder know what's going on on the front line but they would need to sort it out, sharpish!

If you should ever choose to avoid one thing in life, it should be this shop!
