Despite being unable to refill the car due to traffic conditions and inability to find the petrol station Avis/budget at Düsseldorf and leaving it with half a tank of fuel, we got charged for a full tank £68. I didn't mind they said us would be slightly more expensive but never expected to be charged for fuel they could not possibly put in the tank. Rip off!!!
