I’m so upset right now that I could cry. My experience with this firm has been nothing but dreadful. I don’t know how they’re allowed to stay in business treating people as terribly as they do. They’re unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and rude, and that’s after they finally stopped ignoring me.

They charged us for two items. When we called to resolve the problem, they told us it was our fault despite the fact we couldn't see the computer! We still ended up having to pay double. I wouldn't use them again if they were the last service on earth.
