Sent a perfect working order iPad as upgraded. Not a mark on it, offered £240. Upon receipt one of their ‘experts’ said it was faulty! Back light not working apparently and so offered a reduced price of £22.40! Declined, got the iPad back. Switched it on, still perfect. Used another IPad recycling place and got £257! Would never recommend or use ever again. Total rip off merchants. Avoid avoid avoid!
