When customer service is spot on, I’ll give them credit. These guys have ruined it for me, though. Their lack of care and service is really off putting. I’m saddened that they have taken money from people and turned around with lackluster responses, and insults at times. I’m never going to use them again, that’s for sure, just terrible.

Did every question that I asked have to be met with at least 5 eye rolls and/or apathetic lifeless stares?
