10. Ordered a present for my mum and had it sent directly to her house as a surprise. So upset when she called up to say that it was already broken when she opened the package, and it looked like it had been smashed up with a baseball bat when it arrived. Obviously I complained to the company and demanded another one be sent out and they claimed they couldn't do anything because it must have been us that broke it! Outrageous!
