Normally, I don’t invest in these kind of services, but after the many glowing reviews I’d heard from others, I decided to give it a try. Maybe this company was having an off day when I used them, but I found this company to be highly overrated. I would’ve expected better service from a company who prides itself on giving customers a great experience. I expected to receive 5-star treatment, but the quality of the service was mediocre at best.

I constantly have problems ordering, and they always seem to have items that are out of stock, which I don't know about until I try to order.
