PRINTWARE -NOT TO BE TRUSTED BE WARNED - Printware - having had a salesman mis-sell printer contracts - with a well documented dispute - has now suspended all service on our current contract, in an effort to force payment of disputed charges - which is threatening the ongoing business of the Charity I Chair. THIS IS BLACKMAIL - and in my lengthy business career the most underhand business THREAT I have ever seen. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR BUSINESS - or you do so AT YOUR PERIL. Our experience has been worse than you can imagine - they really have suspended all maintenance and service on our current contract because of a real dispute on previous contracts. The salesman induced us into the new contract and now they are pursuing charges under the old contracts we were told would not be invoiced. We would never have entered into the new contract had we known this. NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
