This company was not completely awful, however, they clearly don't believe in the phrases, “service with a smile” and “the customer is always right.” The employees were pretty rude and argumentative. After dealing with people like this, I will look elsewhere when I need some work done again.

ONE BIG LIE, that is how I describe those in your company and I am very sorry that I ever even tried to do business with your guys. You say that you offer the best, and all I was able to get was the worse, and still, that is all I ever seem to get from you. I think that if you are going to tell people that you offer something with a guarantee, then you should honor that agreement.
