Everyone in the world has the same opinion of snail mail, which is why electronic communications caught on so quickly. It’s a shame items can’t be sent from online services the same way. I’ve been arguing with an online service for almost a month. I never received what I ordered, my card was debited for it, and no one will help me. Snail mail isn’t that slow, but the service won’t refund my money or send me another item by courier. I’m tired of arguing; I’m not using this service anymore. I suggest you avoid them, too.

I ordered a product and chose to spend the extra money on insurance coverage. Sure enough, the item was damaged in transit. Now I've had a heck of a time trying to get my replacement items sent. I've had to fax and email over copies of my order and insurance coverage. I still haven't gotten my new item, and it's been almost a month now!
