After purchasing a double din the instructions said plug it in and check that it works before fitting. Two months later and multiple emails they don't understand English and their help is about as useful as tits on a boar pig! It still does not turn on and so I have not fitted it. Some of the cables come from Connect 2 and I have emailed the for assistance. Not sure if it will ever get fitted, just a waste of money.
