I used this service a while back! It was not at all worth the money! Very unprofessional service all round and I was treated like an inconvenience the whole time. Excuse me but I'm paying for this so I will jolly well make sure you do as I asked. Good thing I'm persistent and don't let people walk over me. I kept at them and eventually my issues were resolved but I'd hate to see how they'd treat someone who's a lot more shy or reserved.

I would be so embarrassed to work for this business because nothing they do for their customers ever turns out right!
