I’ve ordered things that took weeks to arrive, and I’ve ordered things that never arrived. I just shrugged it off as normal human mistakes. This particular online service sent me the wrong product. I sent it back and specified which product I had ordered. A product did come, but again it wasn’t the one I wanted. By this time I was frustrated, so I did it all again. Three times is too much for anyone to bear, though, so I cancelled the whole transaction. I was told it couldn’t be because the funds had already been disbursed. Now I was furious and called the main office. It was rectified, but not in time for me to continue using this online service.

I cannot believe how well this product is, they were patient and polite throughout the whole process and even gave us a discount! They will be my first choice from now on.
