Review about National Grid
had a problem being in for national grid, when they came to move my meter outside, came home Friday night to find I had no gas, which was not great, so I contacted national grid to get this sorted and I must say that from the call centre staff to the engineers that reconnected my supply I was very impressed with the speed and professionalism. special mention should be made for the reconnection engineers, the work the did looks fantastic and after they finished they cleaned everything up. thank you to all national grid staff, whatever they are paying you is not enough
