What happened to these guys? They were once so nice, and now, the customer service is like pulling teeth. It’s just not a good thing. Why so negative? They don’t need to be, they just have to offer a semblance of service, and be nice. It costs nothing to be nice, that’s all I ask for, terrible. Never again.
