My dear sir or madam, I cannot in good conscience use an online service who hires rude to the point of insulting personnel. All I wanted was a simple service. There was no need for the rude emails concerning a problem with the service. I won’t return.

I usually don't like to complain, but this company is the worst! Terrible customer service and overpriced garbage. Returns are always a hassle.
