Stop trying to sell me services I don't want when I call for help! When I'm having an issue with my service and I call for help, I don't want someone trying to sell me things. I want someone to help me with my problems I'm having. Trying to see me crap when I'm trying to get help is poor business practice.

If you have never realized the meaning of buyers remorse, you will realize it when you work with these guys. And the funniest thing is that they are bold enough to ask for pay, even it is apparent that they have failed to deliver as agreed. Choose another option guys.
