For me, customer service doesn’t have to be extravagant. I don’t need a red carpet rolled out for me, I just need some answers and a friendly tone. That’s not at all what I received. Instead, I was given rude answers, a condescending tone, and service that was definitely NOT with a smile. It is upsetting to say the least.
