Why is this company always underperforming? Don't they care about remaining competitive with their competition? With the terrible quality of their service, I'm starting to think they don't care about their service or their customers. You should focus more on giving us quality service and less on trying to appear trendy and cool.

I want to say a lot but let me keep it short and precise. You guys are absolutely the best in this business.
