A customer service representative actually laughed in my face when I tried to explain the problem that I was having with my service. Is this the type of people you’re hiring now? You need people who are sympathetic to your customers’ needs. Not one that laughs in their face like something is funny. Terrible.

For the sake of my blood pressure, I will not go into detail of what happened but do not trust this company. Service not as advertised and certainly not worth the hassle of deal with the group of individuals who seem to be trained in the art of dodging questions.
