Do people not teach manners anymore? I hired an online service, and things went smoothly until a small problem popped up. I contacted the service and was told “Look, lady, that’s not my problem”. Um, excuse me, but it is your problem. And my name is Mrs. Banner to you. I won’t use these people again.

The wrong merchandise was shipped to my home, even though I've been assured repeatedly that the issue will be corrected.
