Isn't there a conduct policy in place to tell employees how they should act with people? This has been the most unhelpful, obnoxious groups of know-it-alls I've dealt with. Their service wasn't helpful at all and they were rude. One girl kept texting the whole time I was talking to her.

Employees at here are intentionally obtuse and condescending. Snarky comments are wildly inappropriate for this sort of setting. People are trusting you with their money and hoping they will receive quality service but they probably shouldn’t do either. I certainly won’t be after my experience with their rude, childish team.
