I recognize that online services are different from physical stores. There are no loudly commenting bullies, no fussing people. So why can’t online services be as tolerant and polite as physical stores? I hired a service and received what they offered. The problem came when I tried to send the papers back in. The service told me that there must be a problem with my computer, so I rebooted it. Four times. I messaged the service to ask if I could fax the papers. No. Just that, nothing else. I give up. My trust in professional service companies has been destroyed thanks to working with this company. They seemed so professional in the way the present their services, but they are a `wolf in a sheep's clothing`. They wait until you can invest in their services is when they can start to demonstrate their unprofessionalism.
