I don’t normally like to complain about things, but sometimes, a service you receive is so terrible that you have to let others know about it. Having to spend hours on the phone with a clueless representative was the worst way to spend a Saturday morning. After spending all that time on the phone going around and around in circles, I find out that this was a simple fix that the first person I talked to should have known about.

They probably won’t be in business much longer if they continue to treat their customer base with such disdain. Every time I initiate contact, I am made to feel as if I am somehow inconveniencing them. They come across as incredibly smug and seem to think they are entitled to my patronage. I will be going somewhere else.
