Horrible customer service. Been on hold for most of the afternoon only to be cut off at the end of it all. Appalling treatment of customers. Seems like nobody's interested in dealing with any issues I have. Have wasted most of a day for nothing and I'll have an extortionate phone bill as well

If you know “excellent value” then you have to agree with me that what we receive here is just that.
