Since when has inefficiency become the way to do business? I used a service whose service wasn’t thorough, it wasn’t even close. The service offered didn’t include all the forms, and the forms that were missing were the ones designed to perform the service. The service personnel said they were included; they patently were not. I cancelled the service, but they said once I had contracted them, they were obliged to carry it out. I called the service’s main office and explained the problem. These people rudely told me it was my problem, not theirs. I hired another service. They did the job properly and very well. I won’t use these people again.

My friend and I ordered the exact same items from this company on the same day. She received her order three days later. I'm still waiting for mine. Can't believe it!
