Do people not teach manners anymore? I hired an online service, and things went smoothly until a small problem popped up. I contacted the service and was told “Look, lady, that’s not my problem”. Um, excuse me, but it is your problem. And my name is Mrs. Banner to you. I won’t use these people again.

If this company hopes to survive in the client service industry, then they need to upgrade all aspects of their services. At this rate, I don’t think they will survive since they are unprofessional and their staff lack sufficient skills to provide clients with value where it counts.
