I had my taxes done in March with this branch in Conyers Ga. Venus Vaughn Arthur did my taxes and I got a letter form IRS because she did them wrong. I ended up having to go to Liberty Tax to have them amended. I tried to contact H & R block about this and that branch had closed and no one would help me with this. Yes they would charge me to have it amended. I even made appt. with the office in decatur and it was confirmed through e-mail. When I got there the doors were locked. I wrote a review on there website through yelp I guess after they read it they canceled their involvement with yelp
