When I hire a company to provide a service, I expect it to be done to my satisfaction. If it isn't, I expect the company to do the work necessary to make sure that I'm satisfied. This company did sub-par work. They didn't care that I was unhappy and let me know that they didn't offer a money back guarantee. This is no way to do business. I will never work with them again. I will also make sure my friends and family never work with this company.

You must be one of the only companies in the world, that does all they can do to stay out of business because the services that you were offering to the public, are a public outcry for something better. You don’t know what your customers want or how they can be satisfied by your business. All that you can do is make mistakes, and coming to your business was a big mistake.
