It’s too hard to reach customer service for this company. I had an issue with my service, so I called to speak with someone. The phone options never gave me an option to connect directly with a person to explain my problems. I had to push “0” repeatedly before finally being transferred to someone who was not even in customer service. Please fix your customer service line!

I called customer support. Instead of helping me fix the problem, they kept pushing me to buy an expensive product. When I finally did get them to focus on my issue, they said they didn't know how.
