I've always had a good experience shopping on Living Chic. I was able to do all my Xmas shopping from the comfort of my own home. I actually noticed a mistake with my order as soon as I'd placed it, called customer support, and had my issue resolved in less than 5 minutes (unheard of for companies that size).
