When services are slow, sometimes it’s because they’re doing the most thorough job that can be done. Others are just foolish and inept. In other cases, workers draw out the time so they can get paid more. I rather suspect this was the case at the service I used. I received what they offered me and paid for it. Two weeks after anyone else would have been finished. Never again.
