I am not one to bash a company in a review but I feel that it is my responsibility so that other people don't get duped the way that I did. I was given a quote and I ended up paying more money. When the tech arrived, he stated that he couldn't do everything that I needed to be done in one visit. He then told me that I would have to pay twice for the whole job to be done. I am planning to report this company to the Better Business Bureau.

The services that are offered by your company aren’t what you described as professional. A business should offer something that the customer needs and wants, and rudeness and disrespect is not what I expected. Not only was the service inadequate, but the company didn’t even care to meet my expectations. They seemed to only want my money, and not give me the services that they promised. I will never come back to this company because they don’t care about you.
