The apartments are nice, however, the hallways always smell like marijuana. the laundry floor always smells like trash. I have had bad experiences with the staff in the rental office claiming that I had a balance for something they're bank messed up and I had to go through unecessary steps to prove that I was not the reason behind the balance issue. Which I found unprofessional being that it was an issue that they needed to take care of themselves with their bank. They always want to slap a balance on people and when its time to explain what its for they look dumbfounded. They give you every explanation in the book and then when they realize they are wrong they say "oh you actually don't have a balance don't worry about it" and then turn around and give you a new balance (for whatever else reason), kids are constantly running up and down the hallways and pulling fire alarms. I've seen dog poop in the hallways and on the sidewalk ( they have a dog park). You wanna live there go ahead and good luck. NEVER AGAIN!!
