I was not happy with this service and I just told them as much! They person I was speaking to got very irate after that but I don't care. If people keep letting them away with it, they'll just continue with this awful level of service. I know it's a hassle but their customers need to stand up for themselves. I for one will be making sure I let people know about my horrible experience. If I can stop some other poor unsuspecting person from going through the same hassle and stress that I did, then it's worth it. Please people, don't waste your hard earned money on this company!

How is it that none of them know how to answer a simple question about the service they are supposed to be masters of?
